Help For Unique Property Investment Group Victims

Crowther Solicitors has successfully helped a number of Unique Property Investment Group victims to reclaim their money.

In the early stages, many banks refused to reimburse investors, arguing that the loss was a private civil dispute rather than fraud. We refused to accept that characterisation.

Our investigation uncovered further information which demonstrated that this case falls squarely under the banks' reimbursement obligations and as a result, banks have begun making reimbursements to investors who were previously turned away.

A bank saying "no" at the first stage is not the end of the road. Banks frequently decline these claims initially, and we specialise in challenging those decisions. If your claim has already been rejected, the new information we now hold means it is well worth speaking to us again.

Our investigations uncovered fresh information that we believe means we can successfully bring claims for all of the Unique Property Investment Group victims.

Our senior partner said: "A lot of investors lost their life savings as a result of Unique Property Investment Group.

"We have said from the beginning that a property investment group that is alleged to have taken in £12m but only has £215,000 in property does not seem right.

"The banks have been fighting back against reimbursement claims saying that they are a civil matter. We refused to accept this and banks are making reimbursements."

Crowther Solicitors has been investigating Unique Property Investment Group for a number of months.

As well as looking into the company we have been examining the actions of the banks.

We believe that the information we have uncovered will help all victims of Unique Property Investment Group to successfully recover their money.

Aside from our own investigation findings, the administrator's report raises serious questions about the investment firm.

The report showed that while the company had taken in more than £12m it only had £215,000 of property assets.

We have now helped a number of victims to recover their lost funds.

Who Was Behind Unique Property Investment Group?

Unique Property Investment Group Ltd (company number 11102345) was incorporated on 7 December 2017 and was based in Reading. The company was previously known as Unique Apartments UK Ltd. Its founder and director is named at Companies House as Lewis Mark Hall.

Under his direction, the company marketed fixed returns from rental income on assisted-living and social-housing properties. To give investors added comfort, it claimed to hold government-backed contracts connected to bodies such as the NHS and the Home Office. Some investors received returns for an initial period before payments dried up and the company entered administration.

The administrator's report has since shown a stark gap between the millions raised from investors and the roughly £215,000 actually invested in UK property.

Lewis Hall markets himself as a property investment expert and has appeared on podcasts speaking about his success. He also hosted a podcast on property development with his business partner Christian Woollard. The podcast was called CEO and The Founder and was advertised a must listen for those interested in business development, entrepreneurship and property investment.

On Lewis Hall's social media you can see clips of him living the high life, driving expensive cars.

Inevitably he has received scathing reviews since the collapse of Unique Property Investment Group on sites such as Trustpilot.
