What is Propiteer Capital?

Propiteer Capital PLC is a bond-issuing public limited company, incorporated in 2019 and based in Witham, Essex.

It has raised money from investors through a long-running series of fixed-rate listed bonds offering annual returns typically in the range of around 4.75% to 18%, with some preferential rates advertised as high as 12% for investors putting in more than £100,000.

Investors were told their money would fund a portfolio of property developments across the UK and Ireland, delivered by a related company, Propiteer Limited, and were told the investments were "asset-backed". The Propiteer group has marketed a partnership with major hotel brands as part of its development portfolio, alongside residential and commercial property projects.

Propiteer Capital PLC's website carries a standard high-risk investment warning, stating that investors should not invest unless they are prepared to lose all the money they invest.

FCA warning

On 20 March 2026, the FCA published a warning stating that Propiteer Capital PLC may be providing or promoting financial services or products without its permission, and that consumers should avoid dealing with the firm and be alert to the possibility of a scam. The warning covers both of the company's UK addresses and its main contact telephone numbers and email addresses.
